If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us immediately by phone or email.
If you cancel for your own reasons, the following cancellation fees will be charged.
After 13:00 on the day before participation: 100 % of the course fee
Cancellation on the day or without notice: 100% of the course fee
*All activities will be carried out rain or shine, so if you are concerned about the weather (cloudy or rainy), please change or cancel your reservation by 13:00 on the day before your participation. Please note that cancellation fees will be incurred if you cancel after 13:00 on the day before your participation.

⚪︎Cancellation of courses due to poor sea conditions
Marine sports are activities that are highly susceptible to sea conditions such as wind and waves. Activities may be canceled in bad weather due to an approaching typhoon or a passing front. If the activity is canceled at our discretion, there will be no cancellation fee.

⚪︎About payment methods

Reservations made through the official website must be paid in cash on the day. (Credit card payments are not accepted.)

⚪︎About scuba diving and flying
Please note that you will not be able to board a plane on the same day after scuba diving.

⚪︎About health condition
If the instructor determines that you are in an unfavorable health condition on the day of participation, such as cold, injury, illness, drinking alcohol, hangover, or drug use, you may be refused participation even if you show up on the day.
